Job Description

	• Assist in designing and establishing production lines for oral liquid and oral solid pharmaceutical products in the new manufacturing plant; • Assist in purchasing of production equipment for the new production lines; • Assist in monitoring and coordinating the building and setting up the production line and new plant; • Assist in the design and transfer of production process from current plant to the new plant; • Prepare production related documentation for GMP operation; • Support Production Manager to manage daily operation of Production Department including production planning and scheduling, logistics arrangement and warehouse operations; • Supervise the operation of Production Department to ensure full compliance with GMP standard; • Work closely with Quality Assurance Department and Quality Control Department to ensure the productivity can meet the company’s business target.

Job Requirement

	- Higher diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related disciplines; - At least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, food or drink manufacturing industries; - Strong leadership skill, experience in supervising a team to accomplish departmental goals; - Knowledge in GMP or ISO standard or equivalent; - Proficient in English, understanding of Chinese is an advantage. - Attention to details, hard-working and being able to work under pressure; - Decisive, independent with strong communication and management skills. - Strong documentation skill.
