Job Description
| - Ensure the operation of the packaging lines to pack products according to instructions, schedules, and parameters. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Production Foreman, Supervisor and upper level. - Assist in trials, installation/commissioning of equipment, size changeovers. Apply the regulation and guideline application to follow the national and international food standard such as GMP, HACCP and so no. - Initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to prevent or improve the occurrence of quality issues, wastage or machine downtime - Find daily matter to make sure operation running smoothly by Identify root cause with an excellent solution and troubleshooting and reporting and cooperating with utility and workshop section to fix the machine malfunction. - Keep the production area cleanness and Good working environment. - Perform daily, weekly, monthly schedule of maintenance such as repairing, changing spare part and greasing Report daily raw material consumption, production amount and material balance. - Raise the problem of the machine to line leader to do the notification, follow up and coordinate with Engineering team on repair or planned maintenance activities |
Job Requirement
- Good writing & speaking in English.
- 1 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Tenacity and enthusiasm to perform the wide variety of tasks
-Can working full time by standing.
- Knowledge of 5S
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial and electrical or a related field.
- Knowledge of production process (some machine of each line)
Be able to work in shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon and night) .
