Job Description
• Evaluate the condition of all machines running to schedule for repairing.
• Inform the technical team leader for up normal condition and time need for repairing.
• Know the spare part need and make sure that all required spare parts are able on hand (in stock).
• Make sure that all maintenance jobs are performed within safety manner.
• To ensure that weekly preventive maintenance schedule for each line are done with good quality of repairing.
• To make that the can product come out from can seaming is good condition and meet double seam standard.
• Repair some work such as bucket for steam retort and other.
• Daily records all repairing jobs are done in each shift with repair time, quality and part number of spare part.
• Perform other maintenance duties as required from team leader and manager.
• GMP in workplace.
• Other task assign by manager and Supervisor.
Job Requirement
• Gas Welding and Electric Welding
• Drilling and Cutting.
• Understanding the technical drawing.
• Maintenance / Lubrication.
