Job Description

	S&OP: • Basic understanding of the golden triangle (EBIT, GPaL margin, Market Share) • Able to calculate Planning KPIs and knows the levers driving the improvements. • Demonstrates deep functional knowledge in combination with cross functional overview (T-Shaped) • Able to act as guardian and execute the minimum mandatory standards of the Company S&OP • Fully operational with the available tools supporting the process • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning functions • Understanding functional master data and challenge functional owners Demand Planning: • Understands each of the building blocks of the total Forecast. • Fully operational with available tools. • Good understanding of Statistics. • Experienced analyst of historical data • Understanding of the Roles and Responsibilities for the building blocks of a demand plan. • Securing an effective consensus and collaborative approach for the final forecast • Able to calculate Planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Bias, CoV and service KPIs) and knows the levers driving the improvements. Supply Planning: • Very detailed knowledge of distribution requirement planning, master production scheduling, inventory management, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning • Demonstrates detailed understanding of impact of supply plan changes to the end to end supply chain. • ̥Has the ability to develop planning simulation scenarios • Basic understanding of the lean principles, total quality management and theory of constraints • Fully APICS CPIM Certified NPD and Portfolio Management: • Basic understanding of the standardised Portfolio Management processes within HRINC Group. • Familiar with established standard group guidelines to correctly handle Portfolio management within area of responsibility.

	• Bachelor degree and preferred APICS CPIM certified • Minimum of 5-7 years supply planning experience/ 2-3 years’ managerial experience • Proficient English in spoken and written • Proficient in MS Office, experience with Navision ERP a plus • High integrity & positive work ethics • Good communication & negotiation skills • Team player/Continuous learning • Self-motivated and has desire to add value and improve
