Job Description
• Prepare market list daily
• To work split shift daily
• Schedule of staff
• Liaise with General Managers on daily operation
• Pay detailed attention to hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation
• To hold daily briefings with all your staff
• To have a complete understanding of information and to follow up on STSK policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety
• To be aware of cost control
• Pay detailed attention to hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation
• To monitor correct quality and quantity of all Nom Khmer and deserts received
• To ensure that expensive Nom Khmer and desert items are not wasted
• To maintain communication with all other departments
• To keep General Manager aware and informed on all matters of interest
• Establish good relations with the others department
• To inspect all equipment continuously and keep them well maintained
• To attend contribute to staff meetings
• To finalize work schedule weekly, by that all ensuring schedules are posted in an advance
• To ensure that all staff is aware of STSK rules and regulations, by reviewing them accordingly
• Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image at all times.
• To ensure that all staff (1) screened properly when hired (2) receive the STSK ’s orientation program (3) instructed in kitchen policies and procedures (4) informed of rules and regulation
• Provide orientation for the new recruits staff
• Recommends promotions and special awards
• Liaise with personnel on disciplinary matters
• Controls staff rosters, vacations and attendance records. To check all employees regularly for cleanliness appearance and awareness of pride in their personnel hygiene and in their uniforms and wear the name tags
• Performance appraisal of staff
• Evaluate training and follow up
• To have complete knowledge of local labor laws and contracts
