Job Description

• Manage all of the day to day operations to make sure it runs smoothly
• work effectively and efficiently
• Solve the problems related the branch both internally and externally
• Evaluate the staff working performance
• Motivate the good staffs and punish the non-performance staff
• Stand as the discipline implementer, self-discipline and leader by example.
• Organize works to the subordinates - Check, sign, and control all the documents
• Prepare and Checking on the payroll
• Monitor data base system and report immediately
• Monitoring on report monthly stock
• Staff motivation and evaluation
• Joint with other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director

Job Requirement

• Excellent in English written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in management or other related fields
• Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation
• Demonstrated superior organizational skills and ability to manage staffs
• Knowledge of production machinery and techniques
• Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems
• Well-disciplined and willing to work beyond the call of duty
• At least 5 years of experience on Management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP requirements
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively
• Project management and organizational skills.
