Job Description

-Planning and management of Smart’s digital channels, and other new initiatives. This includes planning and designing the concept for new features, improving existing features, working closely with technical team for smooth implementation, and performing product testing 

-Work with marketing team to promote the digital channels to our customers through advertising and developing marketing materials 

-Develop and improve the strategy to increase customer usage and satisfaction with our digital channels. 

-Perform frequent healthy testing to ensure stability of the digital channel for end users 

-Working closely cross-departmentally to ensure quality delivery (technical, marketing, etc)  

-Perform regular reporting to relevant parties & other tasks as required by superior

Job Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 

-Experience in the following is an advantage: product development; marketing; digital services; or customer experience 

-Strong organizational and project management skills 

-Team player & customer orientation 

-Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staff, at all levels including senior management 

-Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel) 

-Ability to demonstrate good verbal and written English 

-Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work effectively under pressure, quality-oriented -Minimum 1 years relevant work experience
