Job Description
- - Assist the managing director to set up of new branches of a new bubble tea brand
- - Oversee daily branch operations to achieve operational efficiency and daily sales targets
- - Execute promotional and marketing campaigns/activities as directed by the managing director
- - Assist the managing director, to establish, develop, review the standard operating procedure(SOP), systems, and processes to accommodate and support the better efficiency of rapid growth of the organization - Monitor and responsible for sales performance of respective outlets and preparation of daily and monthly sales reports
- - Attend monthly meetings to solve various operation issues for growth sustainability
- - Involve in investigation of issue related to consumer complaint (service and product quality) to achieve the highest service level
- - Motivate operational staff and conduct regular training for staff skills development, with accountability to drive the team towards positive performance ratings and staff retention
- - Review the performance of store supervisor and outlet employees and provide corrective action for improvement
- - Responsible for overall in charge of staff deployment; for example, staff roster scheduling, recording of staff's working hours, holidays, medical leaves and etc
- - Responsible for monitoring the performance out the outlet expenses and inventory control
- - Approve routine cash disbursements
- - Engage in business development activities including but not limited to vendor relationship management
- - Other job will be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- - Preferable bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or in equivalent field
- - At least 2-3 years relevant experience in similar industry
- - A good team player with relevant experience in similar industry
- - A good team player with positive attitude
- - Must be independent, resourceful, and organized
- - Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- - Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making.
