Job Description

- Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce. 

- Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects. 

- Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities. 

- Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives. 

- Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. 

- Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on time delivery. 

- Ensuring that healthy and safety regulations are met. 

- Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis. 

- Assign daily workload to team members. 

- Organize job training to team members to achieve production goals. 

- Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards. 

- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. 

- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. 

- Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems. 

- Determine and implement improvements to the production process. 

- Estimate production costs, manage production budgets. 

- Prepare and maintain production reports. 

- Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities. 

- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. 

- Manage sites occupational health and safety and environment practices to meet Feed Pro standards and local legal requirements 

- Ensure all production equipment is well maintained and preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to 

- Ensure adequate security is in place to protect plant, equipment and personnel Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Feed Pro KH Management

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or related field. 

- Production 

- Operation experience (Agriculture or Feed mill is an advantage) 

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role 

- Demonstrated leadership skills in manufacturing environment 

- Knowledgeable of Health and safety procedures 

- Strong planning, negotiation, management, leadership skills. 

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
