Job Description
As Operations Assistant, this person will be held accountable for providing administrative and operational support for Bakong Village. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. ** LEASING MANAGEMENT
- Assist Operations Manager in identifying prospective operating partners and tenants for Bakong Village launch
- Coordinate feedback with other departments to ensure leasing operations matches company operational and sales plan
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure leasing operations are complimentary to Bakong Village sales
** PROPERTY SITE MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate with in-house property management team (or manage 3rd party service providers) to ensure successful site management of Bakong Village
- Assist Operations Manager in training and/or system implementation for staff, operating partners, or residents within the Bakong Village community
- Handle complaints in an orderly manner that is customer service oriented
- Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants, operators, and suppliers ** MISCELLANEOUS OPERATIONS - Assist and support daily office operations
- Provide miscellaneous operational support to Bakong Village management
- Update strategic operational plan and internal policies periodically
- Help implement guidelines for incoming tenants and residents
- Engage and coordinate with promotional/event agencies to conduct marketing events for Bakong Village
- Support Operations Manager in managing and resolving operational issues
- Act as backup to Manager in performing company operations duties when needed.
Job Requirement
- Khmer National; Fluent written & spoken English and Khmer
- 4-Year education at an accredited institution
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or business operations. Ideally, this person should have prior experience working in a real estate property management company
- Currently living or willing to relocate to Siem Reap
- Independent and able to work under minimal supervision
- Reliable, patient, and willing to solve problems
- Open-minded and excited to be part of a fast-paced, start-up environment
** Working Hours & Reporting
- Working Hours: Approx. 48 hours per week; Monday to Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM with occasional offsite work. Work outside of official hours will be required on occasions
- Reports to: This person will directly report to the Operations Manager
** Bakong Village is offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience (subject to negotiation).
