Job Description

------- Why not join us, iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort!! -------- We are searching Service staff, share your smile at iRoHa Garden. iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort is located in VIP residential area in Phnom Penh, peaceful and tranquil job description as follows 

- Serve all guests. Provide fast and efficient service of food and beverage in a courteous and dynamic manner. Ensure correct billing procedures, provides good and friendly service to guests. 

- Set tables / bar counter. 

- Welcome and escort customers to their tables. 

- Present menus to customers, answer questions and make recommendations. 

- Take orders from customers. 

- Prepare beverages (can make cocktail). 

- Serve food and beverages (can do professional wine service ) to customers. 

- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and resolve customer complaints about food quality or service. 

- Process bills, present them to customers. 

- Clear and clean tables / bar counter. 

- Arrange bottles and glasses behind the bar counter to make attractive displays. 

- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. 

- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment. 

- Ensure the Restaurant service standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety are upheld. 

- Take part in cleaning activities. 

- Check equipment, small ware, and liquor, and report shortages to the supervisor.

Job Requirement

- Work flexible Shift. 

- English speaking, basic reading and writing skill. 

- Must be polite, friendly, honest, dynamic, open minded and willing to learn and improve. Enjoy working with people.
