Job Description
Responsible to ensure smooth operations exists in assigned area, including: staffing, inventory, quality assurance and customer service.
** Duties
- Ensure the high-quality standard of service providing to customer in restaurant
- Identify, research and resolve client issues
- Ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably
- Responsible and maintaining high standards of food and service.
- Manage and train staff to make sure that all staff performs their tasks well
- Organize local marketing and other promotion.
Job Requirement
- Experience in the Restaurant is Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop team members and the ability to motivate staff
- Honest, dedicated and motivated.
- Strong leadership, team work and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible with schedule and able to work under the pressure.
