Job Description

• Provide information about product and service to customer 

• Responsible for distributing incoming/outgoing couriers, letters other company correspondences. 

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of meeting. 

• Greeting to clients and visitors entering the company 

• Supervise drivers and manage all their activities such as arranging office vehicles from day to day basis for the company’ movement. 

• Pick up incoming and outgoing call. Arrange documents to settle payment and follow up on the payment for customers. 

• Manage and control ordering stationary for office use. 

• Manage overall internal and external delivery services, including incoming and outgoing mail. 

• Admin task 

• Provide assistance in arranging transportation, hotel and flight reservation. 

• Provide assistance in typing, preparing and binding the company’s documents. 

• Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations of the Building 

• Maintain good working relationships and cooperation with all other departments. 

• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Have 1 years working experiences in customer service, receptionist or related position is advantage. Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply 

• Able to speak in Chinese and English in daily conversation. 

• Understand administrative work and is thoroughly detailed about meeting arrangements, room booking and ensuring that front desk runs smoothly is advantage. 

• Open mind and able to working at Clients office PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
