Job Description
Job Summary: This role is responsible for executing clear and efficient sales operational processes and technologically superior agency systems to achieve agency’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:
•Implement operation procedures and processes to ensure the agency force is backed by a comprehensive back-end support such as report generation and delivery, sales force’s contract management and movements, compensation/financing scheme administration & payroll, iPAD leasing & recovery process
•Maintain agency systems to ensure the agency force is backed by a reliable IT support with an effective and accessible organization of agency data
•Manage effective communication platforms with agents and leaders and within the agency department
•Manage company level sales initiatives, generation of reports, analysis of sales initiatives, qualitative sales related matters, various business solutions, agency collaterals etc.
•Prepare sales contest/campaign collaterals and communication for proper sign-off and circulation •Build strong partnership relationship with agents and their leaders and repond to their needs effectively and timely.
Job Requirement
•Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
•At least 2-3 years of operations experience
•Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage
•Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
•Analytical in numbers
