Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

- Check and consolidate report for factory required and Head Office. 

- Go outside to purchase some stationary or materials required. 

- Control security staff/Drivers to ensure all in/out is comply to the rule. 

- Control cleaners to ensure all areas are well cleaned 

- Prepare job announcement for company required. 

- Represent of company for recruitment with outsource agencies. 

- Coordinate with recruitment processing as required. 

- Prepare for administration budget, and processing to Accounting Dept. 

- Record all administration expenses for monthly record/pretty cash controlling. 

- Perform other duties as required. 

- Can work under pressure.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement: 

- Male or Female 

- Hard working attitude self-motivated & result oriented person. 

- Diploma or Bachelor degree in administrative field or equivalent 

- Must be proactive and good analytical in making any decision related to problem fixing at the place.
