Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

- Lead and manage all Administration tasks in the company. 

- Manage and control attendance record and workers personal file 

- Prepare payroll for both worker and staff 

- Prepare monthly NSSF report 

- Prepare employee employment contract 

- Manage and control leaves and absenteeism and labor turned over 

- Prepare all cash advance, expense claim and reimbursement to account Dept. 

- Manage HR function from recruitment to termination of contract 

- Recruitment and selection 

- Develop effective and efficient HR & Administration workflow. 

- Handle HR compliance duties as the required. 

- Solving problems relating to HR & Administration. 

- Help set KPIs of all staff in the company. 

- Help to train HR & Administration staffs in the company relating to HR/Admin work 

- Check employees' working schedule and wages 

- Payroll calculation and compensation 

- Budget planning for HR & Administration department 

- Work closely with all departments and management level. 

- Other tasks assigned by the company manager

Job Requirement

Job Requirement: 

- Male or Female 

- Hard working attitude self-motivated & result oriented person. 

- Diploma or Bachelor degree in administrative field or equivalent 

- Must be proactive and good analytical in making any decision related to problem fixing at the place.
