Job Description
• Assist General Manager in General Administration work and other business-related assignments.
• Ordering stock, stock control
• Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Purchase Request, Invoice, Receipts, Payment Request
• Manage Stock Inventory, control stock in & out
• Prepare contracts, letters to customers
• Communicate with customers/suppliers/ government officials
• Prepare miscellaneous tasks eg, copy, scan and filling for General Manager when required.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree of in Business, Accounting, Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences in administrative job
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Good interpersonal, communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English. Able to speak Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese will have higher salary
• Ability to understand Business concept
• self-motivated, reliable, independent, professional and focus
