Job Description

• Network and build strong relationship with internal and external customers 

• Accept complaints internal and external customers 

• Prepare contract ( sale and purchase agreement) and explain to customers 

• Prepare document for house handover to owner and ensure that relevant documents and value things are properly given to house owner 

• Calculate penalty fee and do request to HMC 

• Other tasks required by management team

Job Requirement

• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field 

• 2 Year experiences in Admin role 

• Able to use Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel 

• Able to communicate in English and (Chinese) is a plus 

• Used to work as admin in real estate industry is a plus 

• Used to work as customer service 

• Good communication, friendly, Solve problems, Hardworking, flexible, and honest
