Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree hospitality, 

-communication or relevant field. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. 

-High level communication, interpersonal skills and discipline with fellow staff, relevant stakeholders and guests. 

-High level written and verbal communication in both English and Khmer script Proficient computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, Email) 

-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure. 

-Good guest service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints. 

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner. 

-Must be flexible working at night, weekends, and public holidays. 

-Experiences as Office Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary, Ass. HR & Admin or working in office is a plus.
