Job Description

- Understand the construction progress on site so as to anticipate the need for subcontractors 

- Make subcontractors work allocation plan 

- Work in consultation with the site manager, site supervisor and site engineers to assign work to subcontractors 

- Follow up on the performance of the sub-contractors in order to form a data base of which sub-contractors should be awarded more work and which should be terminated. 

- Keep track of the number, process their paper work and track of job assigned to subcontractors 

- Facilitate and discuss job contract to sub-contractors and vendors in close cooperation with BOQ team. 

- Follow up on the work of sub-contractors and vendors Identify suitable recruitment channels for company. 

- Mediate conflicts, if any, between the engineers and the subcontractors and vendors

Job Requirement

- Hold degree in Business Administration, Management, or relates field 

- Encourage who has experienced with administration, and making contract with suppliers or clients 

- Have 1-2 years of experience in working for construction project is a plus 

- Have knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and bills of quantities 

- Demonstrate familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders 

- Have good time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadlines

- Have good organizational skills with the ability to follow efficient and transparent tendering processes 

- Have good negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and change orders with contractors 

- Have ability to assess tendering bids for value, cost and quality 

- Have good written and spoken English 

- Have both excellent verbal and written communication skills
