Job Description

- Analyses and identifies performance gaps and learning needs, identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads and HRBPs 

- Designs and expands training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual 

- Creates competency-based training programs for targeted groups, including new employees (people managers), high potential employees, and mid-level manager/successors 

- Prepares plan and budget of the program 

- Plans and assessed the 'return on investment' of any training or development program 

- Develops solutions to increase knowledge retention (e.g., assessments, follow up sessions, application on the job, etc.) 

- Works in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization 

- Contributes to developing Cellcard’s overall L&D strategy 

- Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

* Job Requirements:

 - Degree in Management or Business administration 

- At least 2 year experienced in training and development 

- Good knowledge in digitalization and e-learning platforms

 - English proficiency 

- Computer literacy 

- Be flexible, dynamic and team work.
