Job Description

- Safety Section: 

• Conduct awareness trainings to ensure that staff and management are well informed about work and workplace safety. 

• Promote a safety culture where everyone takes responsibility for personal safety and looks out the safety of others 

• Conduct risk assessment/evaluate and incorporate into safety procedure 

• Take charge in the process of acquiring and distributing of personal protective equipment (PPE). 

• Monitor the practice of safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage to achieve zero accident in the workplace 

• Conduct assessment, regular audit, and review and determine appropriate corrective actions - Security Section: 

• Cooperate with Norkoreach Security to ensure the security guards work properly based on the roles and responsibilities 

• Coordinate month meeting with Norkoreach Team Leader to review their services and operations within factory 

• Ensure security matters are reported to line management 

• Compile any security issues with proper documentation

Job Requirement

• Vocational training certificate (bachelor in any discipline is a plus) 

• 1-year experience involving work safety management 

• Experiences in dealing with large number of workers/employees 

• Organizational and administrative skills (concern for order and attention to details) 

• Good at communication and coordination skills 

• Computer literacy (Microsoft office).
