Job Description
- -Provide flexible customer service to customer on digital such as Facebook.
- - Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
- - Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- - Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
- - Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
- -Year 2 or 3 students or fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- - Good oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
- - Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
- - Good listening and problem solving skills
- - Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment
- - Able to use social network/smartphone
- - Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel).
