Job Description

  • -Provide flexible customer service to customer on digital such as Facebook.
  • - Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • - Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • - Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
  • - Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • -Year 2 or 3 students or fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • - Good oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • - Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
  • - Good listening and problem solving skills
  • - Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment
  • - Able to use social network/smartphone
  • - Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel).
