Job Description
1. Check supplier (Forwarder) invoices with Quotation and Attachment and make sure all of them correct before making the payment; 2. Key-in suppliers invoices into SQL system; 3. Receive payment from customer and the collection by Sales Team (Cash or Cheque); 4. Arrange petty cash reimbursement and update Petty Cash Log; 5. Close monthly petty cash (Cash expense on Excel with SQL system); 6. Prepare TT application to company's holding; 7. Prepare staff's salary (TT and Cheque); 8. Prepare payment vouchers and cheque for local suppliers; 9. Calculate OT and Unpaid Leave to all staff; 10. Key in OR for calculating the commission for Sales Officer; 11. Stock adjustment and closing stockl 12. Work with Tax Consultant and Tax Officer; 13. Prepare Business Development report to Damon; 14. Prepare Quotation Vs Client Vs Transaction; 15. Bank Reconciliation; 16. Check monthly tax; 17. Monthly update assets, Accrual and Prepayment Schedule; 18. Check shipping document and confirm to China suppliers; 19. Calculate and issue Customer Commission; 20. Calculate Landing Cost; 21. Prepare financial report; 22. Issue Sample DO and invoice; 23. Prepare debtor list and send to Chairman; 24. Follow up with Forwarder and Shipping LIne; 25. Pass Journal Entry for monthly entry; 26. Update Balance Sheet Schedules; 27. Liaise with external auditor for yearly auditing Financial Reports; 28. Reply customers' audit confirmation; 29. Other tasks assigned by Management Team.
Job Requirement
1. Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent; 2. Have over 3-year experience in accounting; 3. Motivated, meticulous, flexible, result-oriented and hard-working; 4. Good at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Internet & Email; 5. Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill.
