Job Description

- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. 

- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets. 

- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets. 

- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system, currently operating with SAP Business One 

- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger. 

- Calculate manually depreciation for all fixed assets by comparing to Asset History in SAP Business One 

- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. 

- Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets. 

- Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets. 

- Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets. 

- Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets (2 times per year) 

- Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of. 

- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.

Job Requirement

-Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification 

-At least 1 or 2 years experiences in accounting work 

-Be able to use accounting system (quick book or other accounting systems) 

-Fluent in English and Khmer 

-Honest, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility 

-Willing to work in a team -Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet, and email) 

-Be able to work with shift schedule (including night shift, weekend and holiday shift).
