Job Description
• Prepare monthly FA movement, depreciation, new FA acquisition, disposal/ retirement of assets in the accounting system; plus reconciliation per list Vs. per GL. Also perform other reconciliation as necessary such as Prepayment CAPEX, FA under construction, and others. • Prepare fixed assets listing; removing those fully depreciated due to Double declining method and others issue. • Perform fixed asset tags and count base on agreed schedule. • Manage and control spare parts and physical fixed assets issue to technical team. • Recommend to management any updates or any issue related to fixed assets. Ex: investigate the potential obsolescence of FA, if those FA need to be disposed of. Other task as requested by Line manager. • Others ad-hoc as requested by line manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent. • At lease 1 year experience in Fixed Asset management and Telecommunication is highly preferred. • Computer literacy in Word, Advance Excel, Peachtree, etc. • Detail oriented, Strong commitment, and highly organized. • Good in interpersonal and communication skills. • Be able to communicate in English both verbal and written • Have good analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
