Job Description
- Identify potential customers and approach them to increase sale of postpaid sim cards, PBX systems, M2M sim cards. - Build a professional relationship and network with new and existing customers to increase customer loyalty to Smart. - Be a central contact point and closely work with support team to solve customers’ requirements and needs. - Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast including prospect customers for closing. - Focus on building new business with chinese companies from your segment. - Helping Key Account Managers to build their sales skills and to provide leadership. - Working with your 1ST line manager to help with client issues related to billing issues. - Being creative and looking for new ways to build scalable revenue streams. - Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
• Degree in sales & marketing or any equivalence • Pursuing 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales • Being good at negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill • Being good at writing and speaking Chinese • Being able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure • Be a person who will not run from complaints.
