Job Description

+ Business: Japanese Company + Position: Accountant 

• Working Place: Near Aeon Mall II Sen Sok 

• Salary: $300 - $700 

• Vacancy: 1 person + Requirement: 

• English: C+ and above (Conversation and above, need to communicate with customer in English) 

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and banking or related fields 

• Experience: at least 2 years working experience of Accounting 

• A strong team player 

• Computer Literature

• Posting vendors bill & customers bill into POS system 

• Issue invoice to customers &collection payment 

• Manage cash collection and deposit to bank 

• Check daily sale report from outlets 

• Verify purchase request & process advance payment to purchaser 

• Closing daily expense and revenue 

• Prepare payment to suppliers and submit to Director for approval 

• Control petty cash payment and replenish 

• Coordinate with operation team to create code in POS system for promotion 

• Manage AR, AP 

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, bank statement with bank book 

• Fixed assets update and register 

• Assist chief administrator to process monthly payroll staff 

• Deal with outsource team related to finance issues 

• Prepare cash flow forecasting 

• Produce monthly financial report 

• Prepare monthly tax declaration 

• Yearly patent update 

• Yearly update company information MOC online 

• Assist administration works 

• Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirement

+ Working Day/Hour: 

• Shift Day (6 days/week, 1 day off/week) 

• Shift Time (8 hours/day).
