Job Description
1. Act as cashier and serve as customer service as required
2. Preparing accounts and tax declaration
3. Preparing any documents for National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
4. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
5. Auditing financial information
6. Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements
7. Analyzing accounts and business budget plans
8. Financial forecasting and risk analysis
9. Responsible for a secure and confidential staff and teachers’ salary services including paycheck, deposit and other fees.
10. Collecting all payments from students, parents, and other cashiers, and submit it to branch manager.
11. Control petty cash management by ensuring enough available cash at all times
12. Prepares all expenses report and submit it to the Accounting Department
13. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
14. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and
loss statement, and other reports.
15. Secures financial information and other confidential data.
16. Attend all meetings required by the organization
17. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Branch Manager
18. Perform other duties as may be required.
Report
1. All expenses (daily, weekly, monthly, semester)
2. Students payment reports including due balance, paid, receipts (termly, semester)
3. Provide income statement and balance sheet (termly, semester, yearly)
Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good at processing payments to Suppliers / Vendors in a timely and cost effective manner
• Fluent in English
• Skillful in Accounting software and Basic computer and Microsoft Office
• Receptive and Flexible
• Honest and Organized
• Great Communication, Problem Solving, and Time Management skills
• Able to work under pressure and a dynamic environment.
