Job Description
-In Charge of daily cash collection and disbursement.
-Make payment to suppliers
-Prepare daily cash receipt report and maintain physical cash.
-Conduct physical cash count at the end of the day in order to confirm balance for closing Teller.
-Receive and count working cash at beginning and ending of shift.
-Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with Company’s procedures.
-Participate in dealing with issues and problems with customer's accounts.
-Update cash advance payment from customers with the correct amount and account code
-Perform Bank transactions: cash deposit, withdrawal and transfer.
-Other job assigned by manager
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree in Accounting
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Understanding about accounting software
-Pleasant personality and self-motivated
-Good at English communication both writing and speaking
-Honest, patient, initiative and be able to work with less supervisor
-Knowledge of computer word, excel and power point.
