Job Description
- Support achievement company’s sales strategies objectives.
- Collect and analyze market information, redefine annual strategic marketing plan where necessary
- Responsible for Sale Strategy design and actively sell company’s products, identifying weakness and propose clear, achievable and quantifiable changes to our sales strategy.
- Control and lead sales teams to ensure that our monthly sale targets are met
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue.
- Ensure that Sale documentation (quote, sale orders, contracts etc) are done and updated regularly
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Facilitate in resolving any technical issues with the customer as appropriate and requested.
- Prepare Weekly, monthly reports to General Manager and other relevant managers
- Maintains healthy receivables & monitors level of bad debts for a sales Team.
- Work Closely with other departments of the company
- Maintains contacts with all clients in the market to ensure a high level of client satisfactions.
- Control and lead Logistic officer in order to minimize transportation costs
Job Requirement
- - Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management field or related.
- - At least 3-year Experience in Rice Sales Exports.
- - Fluency in English and Khmer is required
- - Good communication and friendly.
