Job Description
- Contribute development product, selling marketing strategies to growth advancement within competitive industry.
- Provide support tactics and strategy to run our product nationwide, ensure their target objectives.
- Manage and evaluate subordination to ensure efficiency effectiveness their works toward assigned goal objectives.
- Build network to potential clients, especially key dealer.
- Manage build relationship existing customers and news customers.
- Prepare properly manage client base, including management, sales report.
- Keep up-to-date competitors ‘information, including products and other marketing activities.
- Keep up-to-date sale distribution to match with marketing activities to ensure everything in direction.
- Personally observe the performance of the whole sales team on a regular basis
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing processes involving system of reports and communications
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Work closely with French Team & General Manager to monitor and settle customer’s problem.
- Contribute customer referral.
- Other tasks assigned by top management.
Job Requirement
- - Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- - Proven sales experience preferably with Rice Industry
- - Experience working for selling rice oversea
- - At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- - At least 3 years of experience managing a team
- - Familiarity with different sales techniques
- - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- - Self-motivated and driven.
