Job Description

I. Do market retail properties using the available and recommended platforms to reach out to potential customers; 

Platforms may include social media, websites, online portals, cold calling, emails and meetings;

 II. Assist in preparing leasing documents for the retail projects; 

III. Respond to inbound inquiries for retail space availability, prices, lease terms, etc; 

IV. Build new and develop existing relationships with clients; 

V. Keep regular contact with regular and prospective tenants to demonstrate and explain the projects; 

VI. Prepare leasing offer and lease agreement; 

VII. Carry out inspections between tenants and landlords; 

VIII. Offer a high level of customer service; 

IX. Monitor the progress of all retail projects through proper report to the Leasing Manager 

X. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management team.

Job Requirement

• - Male or female; 22 – 30 
• - Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in any related field; 
• - 2 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing position or be able to demonstrate these qualities; 
• - Experienced sales & marketing individual with proven track record of working in Cambodia 
• - Good communication skill as you will deal with a wide variety of different people on the job 
• - Outgoing and self-motivated with a positive attitude; 
• - Minimum of a College education and a willingness to accept further training when provided; 
• - Good level of speaking and writing English. Chinese or Japanese language skills would be an advantage; 
• - Hard working, proactive and honest;
