Job Description

I. Market research and competitor analysis 

II. Maintain market database 

III. Prepare listings for website 

IV. Business development through cold calling and prospecting 

V. Respond to inbound esquires for office space 

VI. Build new and develop existing relationships with clients 

VII. Carry out inspections with prospective tenants 

VIII. Assist negotiations between tenants and landlords 

IX. Customer service and complaint resolution 

X. Daily report to manager 

XI. Prepare leasing weekly report 

XII. Other duties as assigned by management team

Job Requirement

- Male or female, minimum 22-years old 

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field 

- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Sales/Marketing position or be able to demonstrate these qualities 

- Experienced sales & marketing individual with proven track record of working in Cambodia 

- Good communication skill as you will deal with a wide variety of different people on the job 

- Outgoing and self-motivated with a positive attitude 

- Strong organizational and leadership skills 

- Minimum of a college education and a willingness to accept further training when provided 

- Good English communication both verbal and written. Chinese or Japanese language skills would be an advantage 

- Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
