Job Description

- Building up customer base year-round support for all trades - Identifying new market opportunities and target new accounts - Daily develop existing/new customers relationship - Solving customers issues on time - Daily/weekly phone call to customers and involve in negotiation with customers to achieve desired results - Review account performance and take immediate action shall there be shortfall volume period on period - Exploring opportunities and consult with commercial head to regain back lost accounts - Exploring more strategies in marketing to meet the desired objective - Back up OSR on ad-hoc for urgent quotations - Sending Rate Inquiries to Regional Pricing Departments per customer enquiry - Sending Sale Lead to both origin and destination office for shipment opportunity - Dealing with sales account owner for contract rate issues and annually nomination - Generate sales lead to sales account owner for immediate shortfall & lost volume - Collecting space forecast for all account and to provide space forecast to CS team - Following up and follow through shipments for customers to deliver expectation as needed Other adhoc tasks as assigned by manager
