Job Description
- Assist supervisor to managing and lead the sale administration team comprising of sale records, sale compensation calculation, sale reporting.
- Calculate sale compensations and records enhancement to ensure the matching of requirements and system capability,
- Participate in developing skillful and professional sale admin team with various and effective training and coaching,
- Coordinate supervisor in building new, automates and enhances current sale report system including production sales targets, monitoring and tracking business production and calculation of all contests, challenges, awards to ensure timely and accurate communication to sales force, etc.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or relevant.
- 2 years of experience in accounting/HR compensation
- Life insurance experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical sense.
- Able to communicate in both English and Khmer is a plus.
- Knowledge in Excel and other computer programming is a plus.
