Supervise And Guide The Sales Rep. And Products Promoter Officer That Is Under His/her Assigned Areas. To Ensure That Performance Is At Optimal Level Monitor Closely The Sales Performance Of The Company’s Brands And Products To Ensure That Sales Volumes And Targets Are Achieved Measure And Evaluate The Performance Of The Sales Force And Distributor Execute Promotional And Merchandising And Representatives In Negotiation Of Sponsorship And Contracts Managing The Distribution And To Ensure That The Distributors Achieve Their Set Targets Generating Daily, Weekly And Monthly Sale Reports; Ensuring That All Claims Are Complies With Company Policy Other Assignment May Require To Do Time By Time.

Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree In Sales And Marketing Or Another Related Field. 2 Or 3 Years Experiences In Sales Supervisor Role Selling Skill strong Interpersonal Skill Leadership Skill Good Communications (oral & Written Khmer/English) Skills Computer Skill Able To A Flexible Working Hour Strong Commitment And Result-oriented Attitude Possess Valid Driving License Is A Must Working Attitude.
