Job Description

We are a Singapore-based FF&E, carpentry company with branch office in Phnom Penh seeking highly competent candidates to join our family. The position of Deputy Sales Manager/Sales Manager will assist the Cambodia Deputy Director and reports to the Managing Director. As an English-speaking company, candidates are required to converse in English. - Strong and decisive leader who is able to motivate team. - Generate leads and close new deals. - Assess strengths and weaknesses of the sales team. - Work with local Director to implement and present sales strategies to senior management. - Develop number-based action plans for improvement based on individual and team performance. - Define project tasks and resource requirements. - Plan, schedule and track project timelines with Project Coordinator. - Conduct sales training. - Inter-operate and communicate weekly and monthly goals. - Ability to provide encouragement and counseling in a one on one sales environment. - Lead sales team effectively with a goal to achieve assigned budgets. - Establish a positive sales culture. - Constantly monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders. - Travel to various key account locations as needed. Approximately 20%.

Job Requirement

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager. - Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales developing new business and growing accounts. - Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, engineering, real estate or project management a plus.
