Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company's annual sales target • Establish productive and professional relationships with key Chinese customer accounts to ensure high level of services. • Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer. • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest for improvement • Assign tasks to staff, discipline and follow up to get results required • Analyse and control expenditures of own team to conform to budgetary requirements • Coach and develop high performing team • Proactively develop cross functional working relationship and support cross functional project • Other tasks assigned by the regional sales manager. • Other tasks will assign by manager.

Job Requirement
