Job Description

Sales Executive Officer (Whole Sales)(2 Post) ** Responsibility: - Daily survey market and Sell products - Follow up, Push and Control ordering from shop - Monitor Sales Target and Actual Sales - Coordinate with supporting teams (Architect, Production, Warehouse, Transportation,Accounting and others.) - To know competitor activities and price competitive - Develop selling strategies to negotiate and close large deals - Understand market pricing and utilize to successfully close opportunities - Collect all shop data in zone that allocated and analysis - Keep good relationship with existing customer and Identify new customer and create customer profile and build up customer’s relationship - Track weekly, monthly, quarterly performance and sales activities. ** Requirements - Studying or graduated bachelor degree in Architect /Engineering/Business or Related field. - Have experiences at least 2 years related Architect /Engineering/Business field - Be honest with duties and tasks - Good interpersonal skills - Strong personal interpretation with customers - Understand marketing environment - Be able to communicate with clients by effectiveness - Good English and Khmer ** Benefits - Working Day 5 days/week (Monday – Friday) - Very competitive salary ($300-$500) - Allowance and Sales Incentive - Telephone and Gasoline - Yearly salary adjustment - Public Holiday, Special Leave and Sick Leave - Others Benefits.
