Job Description

• Implement to archive sales target and market coverage; 

• Manage and develop sales team; 

• Manage and develop distributor; 

• Manage assets, sales equipment for allocated area; 

• Forecast monthly and implement to achieve the target; 

• Plan and assign target for sales man; 

• Review, evaluate, analysis period the result of target: sales volume, sales team, sales revenue; compare and assure to achieve target; 

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues; 

• Monitor local competitors, competitor’s program and report to National Sales Manager 

• Find & build relationship with distributor; 

• Check stock, receive PO, monitor the goods until delivered to customer’s warehouse; 

• Prepare monthly forecast, report and other jobs when National Sales Manager requires;

• Support in the development of the sales plans and programs of the Company; 

• Other tasks assign by National Sales Manager.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in field of Sales and Business Management; 

• At least 3 year-experience in relevant position; 

• Special knowledge in Sale planning & Controlling, Sales Distribution Channel, Scheduling &Time Management, Action Plan & Pro-Action; 

• Job skills in Sales forecast & Control, Problem solving, Presentation& negotiation, Training& encouraging, Excellent selling skills communication skills & multi-tasks skills; 

• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint; 

• Good communication in English; 

• Loyalty, Honest, Intelligent; 

• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive commercially is required.
