Job Description
1. Managing team with leadership Managing
4 - 5 Pharmacy sales representative Visit market with them to monitor and coach and make weekly call plan report Monthly incentive check,
1-O-1 meeting with team, keep the record Leadership training for future improvement, communication method, team motivation, and empowerment
2. Customer engagement Visit Key Pharmacies in PP regularly with sales rep and get customer feedback Create territory strategy closely working with marketing team such as promotion plan, loyalty program, and customer incentive Visit Siamreap and Battamban for key pharmacies every
3 - 4 month by car (prepared by company) to get customer feedback Normally team meeting and data check in the morning, and market visit in the afternoon with team members
Job Requirement
- More than 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales
- PC skill Excel and Word
- Pharmacist or Medical Doctor Preferable is better
- Understand Key Pharmacies in Phnom Penh and up county is better
- Be friendly, Honest - Communication skill
- Commitment to work.
