Job Description

-Daily survey project and sell. -Collect all project data in zone that allocated and analysis which products we can offer. -Good relationship with Architectures, Contractors, and site manager to push company products. -Good relation with MEP Company -Project Price Bidding -To know competitor activities and price competition. -Good communication with Electricity Supplier and Water supply suppliers. -Coordinate with commercial operations team to develop accurate proposals for project bidding -Develop selling strategies to negotiate and close large deals -Generate cross-selling leads and make it easier to do business -Identify and track upcoming sales opportunities and influence customer specifications -Understand market pricing and utilize to successfully close opportunities -Identify new customers and create customer profiles and build up customer’s relationships.

Job Requirement
