Job Description

• To develop skill-up program • To develop sales skill for reflect the change market competition and challenges in a timely manner • To conduct sales training to all newcomer and refresh existing one • To go to the site sales approach or talk on a regular basis • To support sales and marketing in the development of sales tools to be used by sales • To perform other task or project as assigned by Sales Manager/ General Manager.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree of Marketing / Management or related field • At least 2-3 years experiences in sales training or related field • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with deadline report • Good English communication.
