Job Description

• Analyze consumer behavior of the company products and report to the management • Analyze trends and results • Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose • Monitor sales trend and work with marketing department to hit the sales targets • Assist the Company to achieve short and long term business growth • Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Overall responsibility for sales matters

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or the equivalent Degree • Excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills • Knowledge in using computer includes Word, Excel, and Power Point • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building, preferably from Real Estate Development Sector. • Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities.
