Job Description

• Set monthly sales target for sales team • Monitoring on sales team and customer A-Card to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide on time support to Sales Consultant and advice to create new sales strategy • Daily monitoring on showroom check sheet and car display • Tracking competitor movement and update sales performance • Daily review on sales report with Sales Consultant • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly’s Sales Report, Test Drive Report, Road-Show or Show Room Event Report to Manager • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation and on-time support • Prepare necessary documents as needed from other department • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

• Preferable Bachelor Degree of Business Management or English Literature • At least 2-3 years’ experience in related Sales or Marketing • Honest, hardworking and initiative ideas • Excellent communication in both Khmer and English • Team Player, Initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented • Knowledge of Computer Word, Excel and Power Point • Knowledge of Automotive market is preferable.
