Job Requirement

• Assist Manager to develop annual sales and marketing plan or business plan for condominium project or category and submit to the Sales and Marketing Director for approval.
• Assist manager to ensure annual marketing program is meet approved budget
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable Public Relations activities and intellectual property management.
• Assist manager to develop a plan and implement customer retention program and development be impacted on business and also clear guideline.
• Deploy and monitor KPIs through weekly or monthly meeting and also submit record to HR dept
• Lead the whole Sales & Marketing Team to deliver Key Performance Management (KPIs) of the Company.
• Make rotation list to ensure to have employee to standby at sales showroom on Sunday or holiday
• Regular sales analysis and marketing program evaluation monthly or quarterly.
• Deployment of sales target to the team and ensure commitment of the team will meet target
• Assist manager Select and manage external agencies such as advertising agency, activation agency and manpower services agency,etc.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
• Manage internal communications and awareness of company's direction and activities such as internal memos, implementing memos,etc.
• Work closely with real estate agencies to ensure the quantity of close deal is meet target.
