Job Description
- Listing & sale officer (Male) (02 positions)
- Working time: 8am – 5pm
- Main responsibility is property listing
- Go to the field contact with owner of apartment and town-house to info and photos
- Put data into website
- Learn how to get good property
- Do advertising to find at least 4 clients a month himself 2. Sale officer (Female)
- (01 position) - Working time: 8am – 5pm (Able to work after 5pm if client need)
- Prepare property inspection for client
- Prepare paper work
- Do advertising properties
- Build good relation with client
- Do advertising to find at least 4 clients a month himself
Job Requirement
- Good attitude, honesty, patience and be polite is main requirement Bachelor degree or under graduated of communication and sale skill or similar field
- Good English speaking and writing skill. Able to speak Chinese is a plus
- Good computer skill for office work, word and excel
- Hard work with strong commitment to be a best agent, strong commitment to reach the target
- Like to learn ** Under 3 - 6 months’
- probation salary:
- 1/ 220$ + Incentive + 50$ phone card and gasoline (for sale and listing officer)
- 2/ 220$ to 320$ + Incentive + 50$ phone card and gasoline (For sale officer)
- (Passed 3 – 6 months’ probation will add more 80$) .
