Job Description

1. Scope of working: Sales Supervisor role is responsible for oversee indoor/outdoor sales operation based on the business needs target and assisting in the company’s marketing campaigns by working with other related department in promoting sales growth. 

2. Duties & responsibilities: 

- Overseeing in operating day-to-day sale operation. 

- Supervising sales associates to make sure they are performing their job duties well. 

- Coordinating new target with Directors/clients and perform product presentation. 

- Organizing and coordinate sales representatives schedules 

- Facilitating in marketing campaigns and working with corporate partners to boost up sale. 

- Implements appropriate strategies to improve sales 

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources 

- Assisting Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties 

- Helping sales staff and coordinate several sales activities 

- Leading research and survey to identify new target markets to subordinates. 

- Supporting other tasks as directed by the Marketing and Sales Manager. 3. Working Days and Hours 

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 12:00pm & 1:30pm to 5:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields;
  • At Least 3-year experience in sales, customer service or hospitality is an advantage;
  • Strong commitment to work with wide types of customers;
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift basis;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills;
  • Goal orientation and drive for performance;
  • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
  • Abilities to perform the role and mission travel to provinces when required.
