Job Description

• Lead sales team from existing base towards the target set;
• Plan monthly cycle for sales team to visit existing and prospective customers;
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local market current status and compliance procedure;
• Gather and maintain detailed market and target customer information including a clear understanding of customers' requirements;
• Motivate, train, functional and develop sales team (where necessary);
• Explore new opportunities/business to expand the client base;
• Monitor and follow up on new business;
• Build strong & strategic relationships with existing & prospective customers;
• Ensure and provide sales advice to team to achieve client satisfaction;
• Solve problem for sales team where needed;
• Attend client sales management meeting as required;
• Provide reports to top management and etc.

Job Requirement

• Have Bachelor of Business Management, Sales/Marketing or any field;
• Must have 3-year experience as Sales Manager (having experience in Sales related to Cosmetic products like Shampoo, Baby Shampoo & Hair Conditioner, Baby Snack and other beverage is a strong plus);
• Proven sales track records and ability to develop long-term relationship with customers;
• Strong passion in new business development;
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred;
• Good communication, interpersonal skill and negotiating skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Good common of written & spoken English;
• Good in MS Microsoft.
